Соглашение предусматривает совместные действия в таких областях, как строительство водоснабжения, социальная и жилая инфраструктура, содействие инновациям, развитие человеческого капитала и обмен опытом и передовой практикой в различных областях, представляющих взаимный интерес.
Особое внимание в документе также уделяется продвижению государственно-частных партнерских отношений в качестве работающего и проверенного всемирного механизма реализации значительных инфраструктурных проектов с целью достижения долгосрочной эффективности и экономической выгоды для обеих стран.
